Sie ist übersichtlich, schlicht und ohne überflüssige Funktionen. Gerade das stört mich oft bei anderen Apps. Ich hab GetSorted vor ca. 2,5 Jahren für einen einmaligen Preis gekauft. Vor Kurzem hab ich mir ein neues iPhone gekauft und trotz iCloud Synchronisation kann ich die App nicht mehr wie gewohnt nutzen, sondern muss ein Abo abschließen. Ich hätte nichts dagegen, sie noch einmal zu kaufen, aber das ist leider nicht möglich. My grievance is that you can’t see gifs, the app shows a still image. Making it impossible to know which ones you want to keep and I have to go to my photo library. I love the progress features so I can easily keep track of how far I am in any one year. It makes cleaning up photos into a game with lots of progress markers to keep you motivated. I never write reviews but I highly recommend. ### 5/5 — It’s good but not as good as the previous version *2024-05-20* In the previous version (Gemini) it would match all the photos that were very similar together and make it so that you could choose your favorites quickly. This one just goes in order and it makes it harder to sort. It also doesn’t sort out the pictures into small enough categories. But it does help with sorting and the gamification is fun. I give it 9/10 only bcuz of a limit and confusing “swipe to delete” controls (up to delete down to keep) I found thst too hard to remember so I use the buttons instead. The app is easy to use to pick my most treasured moments. An extra suggestion: add the ability to add the current photo to one of my iOS Photos albums. Hasn’t worked for the past few months now - videos don’t load, half the pics don’t either. Have updated it and no difference. Please fix and will be 5 stars! ### 3/5 — Updated, lost a star sadly *2023-12-24, version 2.0.10* The below still largely applies but there’s a significant flaw in the app. It doesn’t display file sizes. If you’ve made an edit and reduced quality to share, you could easily choose a very limited version. Missing a/b compare and file size renders this app helpful, but not amazing. —- This app is almost perfect for people who store everything on their phone and iCloud. It’s easy to use, it’s quick to work, and it breaks things down into manageable chunks to get through your backlog. One missing feature - the ability to side by side compare duplicates - if you’re looking to deduplicate Gemini 2 is a first stop. One thing I’d pay again for - the ability to scan a network drive, build a DB, and act on that network drive. It’s a great way to cull photos and I think for non photographers (or iPhone only photographers) it’s just about perfect. ### 5/5 — Incredible app! *2023-12-20, version 2.0.10* Absolutely love this app there is lots of AI apps like Gemini that claim do the same and better however not helpful for people with a large amount of photos like me haha, this app incredible so far I’ve deleted 40000 photos and still ongoing and the way it categories them is so good and helpful. Gives you motivation to clear the months and years. Only thing is they’ve removed the swipe function that was my best way to remove photos. I hope you add this back as it was so helpful. Also the app even though is great aesthetically could look a lot nicer. It’s not essential but would to see a nice make over as it looks rather outdated and the app icon. The photos show up as blurry and do not become clear meaning I cannot decide whether to keep or remove. So I waisted my trial deleting 6 photos from 6 months. The yearly subscription is absolutely worth it, however I’d love if there was a one time purchase option. It shows percentages and organises by year, very easy to see what you’ve deleted and what you haven’t with black and white pictures, you can scroll through one by one or look at them as a whole which is handy. I’ve tried other similar apps but this truly is the best one out there and one where I can genuinely say the subscription is worth every penny.
