I signed up and never got a verification code in the email.I couldn’t delete the app and try again also

I signed up and never got the email verification code. Can’t get past that screen or go back to the sign up screen. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app and still stuck at the same screen. Also, no customer support to report this issue to.
