Every ride u have to call customer care either driver is late or not trained... or the other passengers pick up is de-route. Never on time and definitely not worth it. Folks once you set the locations you can’t go back and edit it. That’s the first thing a cab service application should be providing. There’s a lot of navigational issues within the app which has forced me to stop from using the app or even refer it to others. It’s very much at its early stage and needs plenty of improvements.
