I click “am inteles” button but nothing happens. ### 2/5 — Imposibil de utilizat *2025-02-26, version 42* Aplicatia nu contine timpii REALI necesari unei operatiuni/unui serviciu. In momentul in care m-am programat online mi s-a spus ca oricum trebuie sa sun ca sa confirm programarea tocmai din cauza acestui inconvenient. Atunci de ce mai am programari online? Alta data am facut programarea si am platit anticipat cu cardul un avans pentru servicii. A doua zi nu mai aveam programarea. Obosita fiind, am crezut ca am gresit eu cu ceva. Am repetat programarea, am urmarit debitarea cardului, totul ok, m-am linistit. Peste 3 zile cand m-am prezentat la salon toata lumea ma privea ciudat: nu aveam programare! Aplicatia asa functionase: banii inapoi pe card, nicio programare. In schimb, patronul m-a penalizat cu 50% din costul serviciilor pentru o programare anulata. Ulterior a instituit o regula prin care doar daca ma prezint la salon imi mai pot face programare, telefonic sau online, nu. Asta pentru ca pretinde ca am avut 3 programari anulate in interval de sub 24h. Ceea ce denota nu doar imposibilitatea de a vinde - de unde si disperarea sa-ti ia banii insinte -, ci si o proasta aritmetica (una din programari era pentru manichiura + pedichiura, iar dansul o considera ca 2 programari, ca si cand nu ar merge una si aceeasi persoana acolo), si o lipsa de respect, intrucat disfunctiile aplicatiei i-au fost raportate de peste un an si nu a facut nimic in sensul acesta. Can’t use accumulated points to pay for reservation…why do you still mention that you can use the points?? The reservation for a haircut need a 45 min slot, but the calendar have 30min slots, so if someone make a reservation by calling from 13:30 for example you can’t book within the app from 13:00, altough the slot when calling in the barber shop is exactly 30 mins :))) the app is a good idea but because all that issues is useless, in the end you’ll end up calling at the location and make the reservation ### 1/5 — Functioneaza excrabil *2023-07-23, version 40* Domnilor, vin in saloanele voastre de ani de zile, sunt incantat de servicii. Aplicatia totusi functioneza execrabil, singurul motiv pt care o folosesc in loc sa sun la receptie este ca pot vedea calendarul stilistului si pot alege cand vreau eu sa vin.
