Please fix this ASAP ### 4/5 — Love GettyImages, the app is so buggy *2024-05-12* GettyImages, I love the idea of a GettyImages App, lets me casually plan out my next project with my feet up in my easy chair. Sadly, the app continuously stalls and crashes. Often the close button is not available as it is positioned in the cut corners of the iPhone 15 Pro Max. Rotating sometimes helps, though the app usually stalls and never recovers. Anytime I see an update, I anticipate fixes, although does anyone actually test the App on the iPhone? I’ve reinstalled the App, no better experience. The quickest way to crash the app is after selecting an image to view, press any “Similar Images”, and the App locks. Then you have to force quit, and try to find the path to where you were. So tedious, it’s work, no pleasure. ### 2/5 — Update needed *2023-05-17* Please update for compatibility with iPhone 14 Pro models + the ability to open and close and image and not have it return to the top of the of the results page. ### 2/5 — This app will not display my images. *2023-05-09* This app used to work very well a few years ago. Now it has deteriorated to a point where nothing works. Multiple images of my collection are sometimes shown and there has been no new additions added even though on my other gallery app (EyeEm), they indicate that they have been added. There’s no way of contacting Getty Images to report the problem except by writing this review. ### 2/5 — Just awful on iPhone *2023-03-01* Try clicking your way through related photos and the app locks up without remorse. Force quitting is your only way out. Pix are sensational! The app is poorly programmed. This used to be a great app to search editorial pictures for research, but now you can’t swipe through pictures on iOS 16. You’re repeatedly stuck on the same photo when swiping through the Image Details. It’s been over 3 years since the screen has changed. SMH ### 1/5 — App needs sorting for new IOS update *2022-10-03* This app use to be fantastic. Now, however, it’s not fit for purpose. I’ve wrote a number of emails to them saying what’s wrong with it. When viewing images, the app does extra long so that the search bar and “X” button are pretty much impossible to push. When you are flicking through the images now, it just shows you the first one over and over again. And lastly, when you click an image to take a closer look at, you find it hard to get off the image and when you do, you end up back at the top of the page. The search bars and buttons are too close to the top of the screen making them unusable. Most interaction on the app takes 2-3 taps before working. The app freezes constantly. Also if you click into an image from a search and then go back to the search it kicks you back to the top of the results making you constantly scroll back down to where you were. Currently on the iphone 14 and the search bar is covered by the camera notch/dynamic island. So you get to scroll back again and try to land where you were. Also it’s always crashing.
