## What is GetWello?

A calmer way for families to look after someone they love. One simple daily check-in, a shared visit calendar, and gentle reminders if a day goes quiet. So nobody worries alone.

If a parent or relative lives alone, day-to-day care often falls to one person who remembers everything: who's visiting on Tuesday, whether anyone's heard from Mum today, whether Saturday lunch is happening. GetWello shares that weight across the whole family.

THE DAILY CHECK-IN
Your loved one taps one big green button each day. No typing, no menus, no jargon. The rest of the family gets a notification: "Mum is well today."

They can tap it more than once if they like. First thing in the morning, after lunch, before bed. Each tap quietly updates their family. We only send the "is well today" notification on the first tap of the day, so nobody gets pinged four times.

If a day goes quiet (they haven't tapped by their usual time), the family gets a soft heads-up. Not alarming. Just worth a phone call.

THE SHARED FAMILY CALENDAR
Stop coordinating visits in the group chat. Add a visit to GetWello (Sunday lunch, Tuesday morning coffee, the shopping run) and every family member sees it. Spot a stretch of days with no visits planned? The app flags it. Two siblings booked the same Sunday? They'll see each other on the calendar before they get in the car.

ROLES THAT MATCH REAL FAMILIES
Three roles, mapped to how families actually share care:

The Check-in Member: your loved one. Their screen is one big button. That's all.

The Coordinator: usually one family member who sets things up, invites everyone else, and manages billing. Full app.

Support Members: siblings, in-laws, neighbours, anyone helping. They see the calendar, schedule visits, get notified.

ACCESSIBILITY FROM THE START
Designed with older eyes and less-confident hands in mind. Larger text mode, simplified interface mode, generous tap targets, plain language. No clinical jargon.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your family's data is yours. We don't sell anything to advertisers, and we don't track you across other apps. Only the people you invite to your family circle can see what's inside.

PRICING
£4.99 a month for the whole family circle. One subscription covers your loved one and every family member you invite, with no per-seat fees. The first month is free, so you can see if it fits before paying anything.

You can cancel any time from your iPhone Settings. After the period you've already paid for, the subscription simply ends.

QUIET BY DESIGN
We try hard to be the opposite of a noisy app. The daily "all well" notification is one tap of attention. Visit changes are concise. The missed check-in alert is calm, not alarming. We want you using this for years, not deleting it after a fortnight.

A FEW ANSWERS TO COMMON QUESTIONS
"Do I need to be techy?" No. The Check-in Member's screen is one button. Setting up takes about five minutes for the family member who'll be the Coordinator.

"What if my Mum has an older iPhone?" Anything running iOS 16 or later works.

"How do I add a sibling later?" Send them an invite from the Circle screen. They get an email, tap a link, they're in.

"Is it only for older parents?" No. Anyone who wants their family to know they're well: someone with a long-term health condition, recovering from surgery, anyone vulnerable to falls. The pattern of regular check-in, easy schedule, gentle alerts fits a lot of situations.
