We drove 4 hours and told at the door the show was canceled. Absolutely unacceptable ### 1/5 — Don’t go and don’t used this app *2026-08-23* Warning to Foreign Customers This has been a very disappointing and frustrating experience, especially as a foreign customer. This month, I intended to book a ride for 700,000 VND, but due to a genuine mistake, I accidentally paid 7,000,000 VND. I contacted customer support within 10 minutes and clearly explained the situation. The ride was cancelled, and the customer-care team initially confirmed by email that my refund would be processed within 3–5 days. However, after 6 days, the management team suddenly declined the refund and closed my case. I contacted customer support several times afterward, but I still have not received a proper resolution. If your customer-care agents commit to a refund, the company should honor that commitment instead of changing the decision at the last minute. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in the company. I genuinely request other foreign customers to be very careful before using this app. **Developer response:** Hi, we'd like to understand what happened and help you sort it out. Ordered tickets to match the schedule as it was given originally. Couldn’t get a refund from the activities I wasn’t able to attend because I was on the tour. Finally got a refund but they charged me a second time for activities I couldn’t attend. Spent days asking them to make amends. Out of the hundreds I spent on this app I got a partial refund for the tour and nothing I purchased on this app worked out. Boo ### 1/5 — Ripp Off *2026-08-22, version 26.34* Placed an order and then realized my child was not old enough. Called to cancel and they refused to refund my $300 or even give me a credit! Spoken to the customer service and very unhelpful just told me to pay again ### 1/5 — Issue with my accounts *2026-08-22, version 26.34* I didn’t realize I had two accounts (one with my email, and another with an Apple generated email I had no access to) I didn’t know I was signed up for a booking until they emailed me about it 24hrs before it started. I explained this to them and they did not refund or credit me even tho my app literally did not show me I had a booking during the cancellation window. Super frustrating as I had spent 100’s on the app in the past ### 1/5 — Doges palace rip off *2026-08-22, version 26.34* We had a dismal experience, spent 70 euros on a headphone app, couldn’t download the app in the Doges palace and discovered there is a cheaper version in the palace and lots of information readily available. Was a waste of money and time. Automated service on app no good to resolve issue. Had to pay again on day. They won’t refund your costs. I booked for a river cruise I couldn’t find where we had to go I put it on google maps and I went round in circles for over 30 minutes still couldn’t find it I paid £57 for a half hour river cruise that no one can find I spoke to 2 other families who had booked with the same river cruise and they couldn’t find i. However we all did find another river cruise called Pulteney River cruise which offered an hours cruise for £35 which was not only cheaper and easier to find but longer and they are very friendly and informed me that they get a lot of people looking for the cruise that no one can find.
