I’ve been using this app, and it’s always had a few bugs, but the latest upgrade now subscription gates content that was previously available for free and limits time of use. I have no problem paying for content but I think having free content, then suddenly adding charges and limits detracts from the experience. Meditations end abruptly with no timing cues. Music often feels distracting rather than complementary. Disappointed. Will look elsewhere for beta and theta meditations.

▪️much better since the latest updates. - I’m so glad i gave it another chance ▪️ I got the app because I love the creator’s book “6 Weeks to Happy” ▪️ which has been life-changing ▪️I’m excited to be able to incorporate this app into my routine now
