This app literally takes forever to load no matter if I am connected to wifi or have full service. It’s very inconvenient, if my bank wasn’t tied to it I would delete it immediately.

GFA used to on Experian Boost but took it down. We need to switch banks now due to this. A few people I know already have. It’s a shame.

I have been with GFA since they 1st opened . Had an incident my entire account info was stolen in Hawaii. GFA stopped all transactions. And refunded what was stolen ! Great service always .

At first it was fine, that was around a month ago. Since then, the app keeps saying it's having trouble, not just on my phone, but my siblings and parents as well. Even some of my coworkers say its's happening. Another HUGE issue is I can't deposit a check. I'll put my check on the darkest background I have (ex. black-brown table) and it says it's not dark enough. I've tried grabbing a black pillow case and putting it on the table to see if that works and it says the same thing. I thought it was maybe js me so I had someone else try it for me and it still didn't work. This is super annoying and overall disappointing from a bank company app.
