It’s very inconvenient, if my bank wasn’t tied to it I would delete it immediately. ### 4/5 — Experian Boost *2025-12-30, version 25.2.101.1* GFA used to on Experian Boost but took it down. Since then, the app keeps saying it's having trouble, not just on my phone, but my siblings and parents as well. Even some of my coworkers say its's happening. Another HUGE issue is I can't deposit a check. I'll put my check on the darkest background I have (ex. black-brown table) and it says it's not dark enough. I've tried grabbing a black pillow case and putting it on the table to see if that works and it says the same thing. I thought it was maybe js me so I had someone else try it for me and it still didn't work. It is inferior to the previous version and appears to be change for change’s sake. Everything has a one-mistake-then-forbidden policy, and the only solution for EVERYTHING is “call customer service”. It’s one thing if a game app doesn’t work, but dammit my BANK app REALLY needs to function properly! The option to look at accounts though the menu option does give a slightly different view w/greater spacing & 2 colors, but the inability to increase the font size is frustrating. I would expect that the “customize” setting would have allowed this, yet not the case. It’s quite embarrassing to say the least. It really needs a complete makeover. It crashes so much for me and never remembers my user ID so I have to completely sign in over and over again. It’s very useless. It’s a shame because with the ongoing pandemic right now, this app would really help tremendously with transactions and whatnot.
