I got hit so hard my battery unconnected from my car and dash cam went flying. Due to this I couldn't capture my crash, and any video from a week prior also wasn't there for some reason (I assume because it unconnected). So it's not much of a "save and store" right away camera, which I thought at first. However, if you fear getting into a crash I would not recommend, because worst comes to worst it might not even save depending how bad the crash is. Overall I was able to record and capture any clips of crazy people driving, it was useless when I needed it most. ### 1/5 — Don’t do it *2025-02-15, version 1.1.6* This product is a failure. It was fine for a few weeks and then started turning off and on all in its own while I was driving erasing everything on the SD card. Now my upgraded camera started doing the same thing yesterday once, and multiple times today while I was driving. Again, everything that was on the SD card has been erased. Also, still haven’t been able to connect the app to the camera Wifi. Hopefully the tip I just read in a review by BryMast will work, IF the camera doesn’t shut off in its own again. ### 5/5 — working *2023-12-13, version 1.0.9* Now it’s working good !!👍 ### 2/5 — Poorly made *2023-11-29, version 1.0.9* Spelling errors in the app. “Emergency” isn’t even spelt correctly… ALSO. make sure you turn off cellular data for the app or it won’t work at all. App will say there is no device to connect to and still tells me to turn on the WiFi even though I’ve already done that on the dash cam device.
