The app makes me incredibly angry. It’s 2024 there is no reason gifts app should sign you out constantly. And every single time you sign in you go through the setup process. That’s when it works. When it doesn’t work you have to email or message your poor coaches or councillors. No more can you download pdf’s of your plan. And recording anything on the plan feels like using ms paint… fillable forms exist. Try cooking something with the app open, nope your phone went to sleep too bad LOG BACK IN. Meanwhile your food is burning while you can’t remember if it’s a tablespoon or teaspoon of whatever spice you were about to add. Every week I do a check in and every week I consider quitting gfit because the app feels like it was made in fiverr for the cheapest price possible. If another service offered what they do I would strongly consider quitting. ### 2/5 — App malfunction *2024-02-13, version 2.3.7* The app is a great tool when it is working. Has many Benefits; recipes, workouts, podcasts and more. But lately the app has been malfunctioning more often. Doesn’t let you get past the login screen, cannot access workout files. Just being a pain. Hopefully this gets resolved soon! ### 1/5 — Constantly freezes *2024-02-07, version 2.3.7* The app constantly freezes after doing one thing. I log and save my tasks but the bottom of the screen says I have not completed any tasks. I listened to one meditation and then it froze. I later tried to listen to another one but when I select play it doesn’t work. It shows it’s at the end of the mediation but I haven’t even played it yet. It’s frustrating to use this app and at this point I doubt I will use it much. ### 1/5 — Too much glitch *2024-01-28, version 2.3.7* Always not working and saying incorrect password even it was on remember password ### 3/5 — Nice when it works *2024-01-25, version 2.3.7* I’ve had the app for three months. And it’s crashed a few times. Just cannot get past the log in screen and wants to reset passwords. Very annoying when trying to get a work out in or meal prep. Problem would be so bad if it allowed to save the meal plans or workouts as PDFs for reference. Or just fixed the problems outright. ### 1/5 — App is useless *2024-01-24, version 2.3.7* GFIT has constant issues with this app. Continuous problems being able to log in, even when they email and say it’s fixed, it’s not. Extremely annoying when you rely on it to watch the demo videos when learning your new plan. ### 2/5 — Personalized gym plan not trackable on the app? *2023-07-04, version 2.3.5* Not sure how my custom gym plan and nutrition plan can’t be tracked or managed on the app… as a client it would be incredibly beneficial to have everything on one platform. Instead, I bought a delegate app to plug in my customized plan so I can track my weights etc. It’s hard when meal prepping and having to refer to an email or PDF file. ### 5/5 — Best Fitness App On The App Store *2022-05-12, version 1.5.3* I’ve been using this app for the last few days and my workouts are better than ever. It’s way easier to track what I’m doing in the gym, and there are so many great exercises and tutorials to reference.
