Was logged out now I can’t get back in

I downloaded this accidentally thinking it was another app because it was actually showing along with another app that was on the treadmill that I scanned. I cannot get into the account now that I registered and when I put in a request to reset my password I am not sent any information, so I have no way of accessing the account or even deleting it. I feel like this is more of people trying to gather information

I had to register multiple times. The last time it somehow saved my weight incorrectly and also switched my gender and will not allow me to correct it. I wish I could use a different app with the treadmill.

Log in with Apple doesn’t proceed to next step. 
Log in with Facebook gives error that app is under development. 
Create manual account gives password error for valid password. 
Clearly this app is entirely broken and it is the only app that works with my treadmill.

There is no way to delete your account, and there is no support information listed. The “Contact App Support” leads to a single webpage with a Chinese phone number listed, so no email or contact form. 

Use with caution. I talked with a senior App Store advisor and they said there was nothing else they could do. I’m amazed the App Store allows apps to get away with this.

Great app! I love it! There is one problem. The “resume run” feature does not work. The run resumes but it does not continue tracking the information unless I start a new run altogether. Please please fix this!

Also, if there was an option for miles instead of kilometers, that would be great too!
