IS THIS APP SIMILAR TO PSYCHOLOGICAL THERAPY?
Our app platform is not designed to be used as a therapy or treatment, however:
1. It is being used by CBT therapists as a complementing tool.
2. It helps in maintaining self esteem during or after therapy.

HOW MUCH SHOULD I TRAIN EACH DAY?
GG Apps are designed to be most effective in short training sessions. You are advised to complete up to 3 levels per day, which should only take between 2-4 minutes.

The app's many topics and themes are broken down into more than 50 levels.

Training using this application, allows for gradual, steady learning of more adaptive self-talk thereby helping to break the vicious thought cycle maintaining low sexual self-esteem.

The app includes 15 free levels for training on some of the basic topics. The rest of the levels (over 30) can be accessed with a purchase. There are 2 purchase options:

1. AUTO RENEWABLE SUBSCRIPTION
For US$4.99 a month, you can train as long as you find the app useful.

2. PERMANENT SUBSCRIPTION
Pay once to unlock all content, forever (including upcoming expansions and additional levels).

- New content will be added on a monthly basis, including levels covering seasonal and new topics (for example, Valentine Day special)

- Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase

- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period

- Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal

- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase

- No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period. Cancellation takes effect starting from the next period.

### 3/5 — Possible glitch

I would give the full stars but it seems a glitch on level 44 will not let me proceed on my road map. Disheartened but hopefully a dev can see this and help

The app is helpful to an extent, and certainly for heterosexual people. But it automatically assumes that a male user is interested in vaginal sex. It would be better if the user could select his or her sexual orientation as an option. And now it doesn’t seem to open but crashes instead.

This app is great! I chose another GGtude app to use regularly, though, because many of the questions have to deal with straight relationships and were not relevant to me. Being able to select your gender and sexuality to either filter out unrelated questions or add in more related ones would be wonderful! Until then, I’ll be using other apps for this. Thank you!
