I made a wrong transfer and after I called for a reverse, they told me they couldn’t find anything and they confirmed that I made a transfer. Bad at that. So it mean when you made and wrong transaction, just know that your money is gone because you won’t see any activity of any transactions. If am lying then check it. Very bad at that. GhanaPay must as a matter of urgency incorporate a reversal option to take care of such instances.
