They don’t even have customer support service to chat or call. They just tell us to drop a mail but never responds back. Can’t even complain or return. Refund is a dream that won’t even happen. I raised a complaint of their registered email id but didn’t get the appropriate revert worst experience woth this app . ### 1/5 — Scammers, prepaid order scam. *2025-07-07* On 3th july, i ordered 3 products from their original app which is ghar soaps available on App store, All products worth is 1567 rs. On 4th july between 12:01 to 12:04, received only 1 product which is Pack of 3 magic soaps only, then i write a mail to them and messaged them on instagram also, They ask my phn no and a unboxing video, first I didn’t received a single call from their side and second when i am ordering the product from their original app, i thought their is no required, so I didn’t make one. But there is one video of my house camera which i send to them after all this where we can see the size of package they had delivered to me, the package size is rectangle and small which only containing the pack of soaps not other products. They are reverting me very slow and their process is pathetic. I placed my order on 8th May, and today it's already 20th May, but my order still hasn't even been dispatched. There is no proper way to contact support — the help chat doesn't work, and even on Instagram they only receive messages without responding. It feels like they are just holding customers' money for 15–20 days without any updates. If you're planning to order something for an event or a specific occasion, I would strongly suggest being careful because you may not receive it on time. I'm still waiting for my products and there has been absolutely no response. When I contacted customer care, they asked me to send an unboxing video — which I obviously didn’t take, because who records every delivery? Instead of helping or checking properly, they just kept asking for the video. It honestly feels like a scam because I already paid for everything but didn’t get what I ordered. Really disappointed with this kind of service. Despite that, I gave them a second chance and placed a COD order. This time they delivered after 15 days, but only sent half of what I ordered. When I raised the issue through email and Instagram DMs, all I got were automated responses, and finally, a demand for a video to process any refund.
