Ils ont pris avec eux la clé et laisser la voiture ouverte sans nous prévenir, lors de la réclamation leur service clientèle n’était pas à la hauteur, il nous ont parlé méchamment, leur équipe est non professionnelle non respectueuse.

I tried the service once it was good, not great but a solid good. I was trying to get booking for my next car wash but i couldn’t, i think they are out of service for some reasons.
Anyway… its a lost there were a room to improve and getting to know the market better. I really hope they got back in business
