Plug and played! lol *2026-02-01, version 3.32.1* Just got the new Doser 3.0 and was able to plug it in, connect to my pump via the app and immediately start building schedules within about 15 minutes… incredible! Great job GHL! I’m a believer!!! ### 3/5 — Stabilität *2025-08-17, version 3.31.0* Die App klappt im großen und ganzen gut, jedoch stürzt die Verbindung jedesmal ab wenn die APP im Hintergrund läuft und dann wieder aufgerufen wird - echt nervig, und das kein vollständiges updates vom Profilux möglich ist finde ich auch nicht gerade tool - und dafür die Zusatzkarte kaufen zu müssen rechnet sich nicht wirklich ### 2/5 — Verbindung nur noch über myGhL möglich *2025-06-23, version 3.30.1* Seit der Version 3.30.1 keine Verbindung zum PL4 über heimisches WLAN mehr möglich. GHL Ticket System funktioniert auch nicht mehr, so wie fast die gesamte Webseite. Es wird immer seltsamer. ### 1/5 — Connessione *2025-03-11, version 3.29.4* Non si connette, provato più volte ### 4/5 — Tolle App, der weiße Hintergrund blendet einen allerdings *2024-12-10, version 3.29.4* Bitte falls möglich noch einen Dark Mode hinzufügen, sprich einen schwarzen (nicht grauen) Hintergrund mit heller Schrift. Das wäre (zumindest für mich und andere die es präferieren) deutlich angenehmer als der weiße Hintergrund. Viele andere Apps bieten einen solchen Modus. Die allermeisten aktuellen Apple Geräte haben einen OLED und hier würde ein schwarzer Hintergrund zusätzlich dafür sorgen, dass die einzelnen Pixel kein Licht mehr emittieren und somit keinen Strom verbrauchen, sprich längere Akkulaufzeit. Vielen Dank dennoch für die tolle App! ### 1/5 — Falla conexión constantemente *2024-11-22, version 3.29.4* No puedo conectarme ni al profilux ni a las 2 Mitras que tengo porque pone fallo en la conexión, y así estoy por varios días ya. Dashboard setzt sich automatisch öfter mal zurück, sodass man alle Elemente wieder neu sortieren muss. Auf ein Ticket zu erstellen verzichte ich, bin vom Ticket System die aus meiner Sicht nicht Kundenfreundlichen Antworten über Reklamationen bezüglich des Iond gewohnt. Design und Bedienkonzept erinnern an die Anfänge des App Stores 😂 ### 5/5 — Mittlerweile Top App *2024-05-28, version 3.28.1* Früher nicht so toll, mittlerweile insbesondere mit dem neuen Cloud Server echt eine super gelungene App. Braucht Sicht nicht vor anderen großen Herstellern verstecken, eher sogar durchdachter. ### 1/5 — Push notificarions for the Doser not working *2024-02-15, version 3.26.6* In the Whats new for the last update it is saying that Pn were enabled for the Doser Standalone or KH Directod. I am still unable to get the notifications. When I try to enable pn I receive a message saying that ‘No devices were found where Pn are available’. This is a must for a device like this… ### 2/5 — Erinnerungsfunktion funktioniert immer noch nicht *2024-02-14* Aktualisierung: Habe gestern auf die neue Version aktualisiert. Die Erinnerungsfunktion funktioniert nach wie vor nicht, dafür dauert es jetzt deutlich länger, bis sich die Verbindung aufbaut und es erscheinen seltsame Meldungen die da lauten: „Es sind keine relevanten Elemente zum Anzeigen verfügbar (x Elemente)“ Ganz toll lieber Entwickler!! Und noch etwas, in Ihren Antworten „fordern“ Sie inzwischen von mir ein Ticket zu erstellen, ich wüsste nicht wozu und fordern sollten Sie von mir eher nichts. So sehr ich GHL auch schätze, aber irgendwann ist es zu viel. Aktualisierung: Wo bleibt denn nun die für letzte Woche schon angekündigte Neue Version 3.25.x? Seit fast einem Jahr wird hier versprochen, dass die Erinnerungsfunktion bald wieder funktioniert. Wann passiert da jetzt endlich mal was? Ist ja nicht das einzige Problem und langsam denke ich doch über einen Wechsel zu einem anderen Anbieter nach. Auffällig ist auch die seit einiger Zeit sehr häufige Werbung per Mail für die GHL Produkte, man könnte fast glauben, der Laden läuft nicht mehr richtig. Den zumindest bei mir sehr gut funktionierenden PL4 könnten Sie auch allmählich mal vom Design her überarbeiten und das Display auf einen zeitgemäßen Stand bringen bzw. ein übersichtliches Zusatzdisplay anbieten, was es bis vor ein paar Jahren schon mal gab. **Developer response:** Hallo, wie Sie selbst feststellen, sind App-Store-Bewertungen nicht der richtige Weg, um technische Unterstützung zu erhalten.
