Apple needs to allow a zero star rating!

Don't know how something like this slips by Apple's review process. It's a grid that has occasional static blobs sliding across the screen, that's it. I guess the good reviews here were written by the developer.

I would like a refund, but I'm guessing, like my hopes for a decent app here, that the idea of my money back is as slim as this app was...
