## What is Ghost EXIF?

Take control of the hidden information inside your photos with GhostEXIF, a powerful privacy and metadata utility for iPhone.

Photos can contain more than the image you see. They may include GPS coordinates, camera details, capture dates, software information, dimensions, and other metadata. GhostEXIF helps you inspect that information, remove what you do not want, and create a clean copy before saving or sharing.

INSPECT PHOTO METADATA

Open a photo and view its available metadata in a clear visual inspector. See dimensions, camera make and model, software, capture details, GPS coordinates, and raw metadata values.

PROTECT YOUR LOCATION

Use Purge GPS to remove location coordinates while keeping other supported metadata intact. Review the staged result before exporting it.

WIPE PHOTO METADATA

Use Wipe All to remove supported metadata and create a sanitized copy. Your original photo remains unchanged.

UNDO STAGED CHANGES

Privacy actions are staged before export. If you change your mind, use Undo Stage to return to the previous version.

CLEAN PHOTOS IN BULK

Select multiple photos and remove sensitive metadata from up to 50 files in one session. GhostEXIF provides progress information and a processing log for each item.

RESIZE PHOTO RESOLUTION

Choose a custom pixel width and height. Lock the original aspect ratio to avoid stretching, or unlock it when you need exact dimensions.

TARGET A FILE SIZE

Enter a maximum file size and GhostEXIF will create the highest quality JPEG it can produce within that limit. This is useful for uploads, forms, email attachments, and websites with file size restrictions.

IDENTITY CONTROLS

Professional mode lets you add supported artist and copyright information before export.

Ghost Mode removes supported camera, software, artist, and copyright identity fields.

VIEW RAW METADATA

Explore the complete raw metadata structure when you need a deeper technical view of what a file contains.

PRIVATE PHOTO PROCESSING

Photo inspection and editing happen on your device. Your selected photos are not uploaded to a GhostEXIF server. Originals are never overwritten. You decide when a processed copy is saved or shared.

PREMIUM MODE

Unlock Premium with a one time App Store purchase to remove advertising. Restore your purchase at any time using the same Apple Account.
