Ghost Race turns your recorded runs, rides, and walks into a "ghost" — a moving avatar of a past effort that replays in real time on the map beside you. Chase it, catch it, and beat your best. Or line up against your "worst day" and make sure it never happens again.

WHY GHOST RACE

• Ghost replay on a live map — your past effort moves in real time, position-accurate from recorded GPS. See exactly where you're ahead or behind, second by second.

• Run, bike, and walk — one app for all three, each with its own ghosts and records.

• A coach that reads the route ahead — it studies your ghost's whole effort and times its cues to what's coming, calling out where to push and where you tend to fade. Everything it says during a race runs entirely on your iPhone.

• Accurate live heart rate — pair a Bluetooth chest strap or your Apple Watch for real-time, gap-free HR, not the laggy numbers most apps show.

• A dashboard you build — add, remove, drag to rearrange, and resize the widgets on your race screen: the map, your gap to the ghost, a pace guide, the coach, a heart-rate graph, and a stats panel you fill with the numbers you care about (pace, speed, distance, heart rate, elevation, calories). Set it once and every race uses it.

• Yours, on your device — activities live on your iPhone and sync through your own iCloud. No account, no sign-up, no servers holding your data.

Premium is available as a monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Payment is charged to your Apple ID.
