I signed up through the Temp app and was charged $1 initially, followed by a $60 charge the following day. I requested a refund for the $60 charge, but it was denied. I have since submitted another support request and am still waiting for an actual response. What makes this more frustrating is that I’ve seen the developer respond to other App Store reviews regarding billing issues and offer customers a separate email to get their situation resolved. That’s exactly what I’m looking for here. I have documentation of the $1 charge, the $60 charge, my refund request, the refund denial, and my communication with support. I have also requested that my account be deleted because I don’t intend to continue using the service. I don’t want to keep going in circles with automated support. I want someone from the team to actually review my case and help resolve the $60 charge. I’m happy to provide all of my documentation.
