Doesn’t allow you to check balances, do transfers or pay loans and credit cards. ### 3/5 — Unreliable *2023-03-26* The online banking goes down a lot and they don’t even email you to let you know its down for any reason ### 5/5 — Great Credit Union! *2022-09-21* GHS is a GREAT credit Union! It’s been this way for a long time but now it’s a real problem due to social distancing. ### 1/5 — This app is a reflection of the bank; garbage *2020-03-21* Imagine: A national emergency is announced and you are told to stay home. After the first week without work, you anxiously await your paycheck to arrive into your account. When you awake and go to open the application you get an error message that online banking is not available currently. Over 24 hours pass and GHS still doesn’t have online banking fixed. A surprise to you, even though this is a regular occurrence, you can’t believe a bank would be so inconsiderate at a time of desperate need. That’s GHS service for you. Never there when you need it, slow to the draw and finding new ways to make your head swell. Stay away. ### 2/5 — Fix issues *2019-10-19* If you look at credit card statements you can’t just go back to look at another, you have to close the app and go back in. ### 1/5 — Finicky camera link *2019-09-02* Virtually impossible to now do an echeck deposit as camera link does not respond when you turn phone to landscape. Camera function will not open to take picture of check, it worked in June but perhaps developers need to update app to keep up with updated IOS on iPhones. ### 1/5 — Check photo *2019-03-25* App won’t take photo of check, just says rotate.
