QUÁ TỆ! Shipper gọi nhá máy một cái rồi im thinh thích xong rồi bị chặn số không gọi lại được, sau đó đơn hàng tự động bị Delay và bị đổ lý do cho bên gửi hàng hẹn ngày khác. Đăng đơn khiếu nại thì không được xử lý, gọi tổng đài thì không bao giờ gặp được nhân viên, chat cskh trong app thì không bao giờ được trả lời.
