After suffering from IBD for 30 years and downloading many apps and trying many diets and dietitians 
I can finally say I found an app that combines all of my needs from a dietitian that understands Crohn’s to an amazing platform and overall services 
Looking forward to try all the rest of the features they provide

If only I can add starts I would! 

My life has changed since I joined and follow the guide line. Im able to have family Sunday again instead of my kids going out with my husband and me staying home because I was so scared to leave the house. Now I’m party of family Sunday funday I leave my house and I’m worried free!! I can’t thank you guys enough for changing my life and giving me the confidents to leave my house.
