So unbelievably frustrating trying to use. Slow, glitchy, laggy. Good luck trying to find care in your network if you live away from the plan holder. Spent the past 10 minutes trying to find care but every address update resets

MVP is lacking acceptance of many other doctors office what gives come on need to expand secure coverage and for and for out of state out of network coverage. Other than that this insurance is pretty good pretty impressive and im thankful for it

I have no idea how this app has a 4.6 rating unless only employees have been ordered to rate it. 

This is possibly the slowest app on the internet. It also, quite very often, shows nothing but blank screens. 

How does this happen in 2026?

I am running iOS 26.5 on an iPhone 16 Pro. The app is the most current version. My WiFi speed is over 350 mbs down and 100 up. 

I have deleted and reinstalled several times. 

Guess I have to break out my laptop and try from there. 

It shouldn’t be this hard to pay a bill.

Wow!! Finally your website and your pamphlet sent out has Benefit information, where last year it had basically nothing. I still wish you had an actual telephone number to call, however you now are providing answers where previously I had none. I’m so happy. Keep it up. It is appreciated thank you.

Me salió un orzuelo en el párpado inferior izquierdo y debido a que era fin de semana me animé a probar la consulta virtual. Mi experiencia fue más que positiva ya que me atendieron inmediatamente y de manera muy amable, lo cual agradezco demasiado. Lo único que tuve que hacer fue mandar una foto de mi orzuelo y describir mis síntomas a la doctora. En esa misma llamada la doctora me dijo cuál iba ser mi tratamiento, además se me hizo llegar por escrito a la aplicación. Es importante mencionar que cada dos días me llegaba una notificación para preguntarme sobre mi progreso. Me atendieron de principio a fin. Honestamente, el servicio me pareció muy eficiente, ya que el diagnóstico, tratamiento y atención fueron más que buenos. Sólo tuve que ir a la farmacia a recoger mi medicamento. Por cierto, si se me quitó mi orzuelo. ¡Lo recomiendo totalmente!
