We have a 9 year old child. That 9 year old cannot be linked to my account, despite being the primary person to handle their medical needs. Finding a doctor or dentist is impossible half the links don’t even work. This app is like pulling teeth to find anything or get any information. Also not to mention I have my own log in and every time I open the app it make an appointment they call my dad and said he booked it?? I’m 25 I think I can handle my own appointments and would like to have my own section in the app so I can make my own appointments. So annoying. This app is sloppily thrown together and has no business being in the App Store like this and I’m super upset with MVP for the inability to create a helpful and resourceful app. The most unhelpful app I’ve ever had to use and I hate that I’m forced to use it. This is possibly the slowest app on the internet. It also, quite very often, shows nothing but blank screens. How does this happen in 2026? I am running iOS 26.5 on an iPhone 16 Pro. The app is the most current version. My WiFi speed is over 350 mbs down and 100 up. I have deleted and reinstalled several times. Guess I have to break out my laptop and try from there. Mi experiencia fue más que positiva ya que me atendieron inmediatamente y de manera muy amable, lo cual agradezco demasiado. Lo único que tuve que hacer fue mandar una foto de mi orzuelo y describir mis síntomas a la doctora. En esa misma llamada la doctora me dijo cuál iba ser mi tratamiento, además se me hizo llegar por escrito a la aplicación. Es importante mencionar que cada dos días me llegaba una notificación para preguntarme sobre mi progreso. Me atendieron de principio a fin. Honestamente, el servicio me pareció muy eficiente, ya que el diagnóstico, tratamiento y atención fueron más que buenos. Sólo tuve que ir a la farmacia a recoger mi medicamento. It is better than the MVP website in that respect. I wasn’t convinced I needed it or that it would be useful until I came down with an acute illness recently. The registration was quick, easy and the return phone call from my provider was prompt. She carefully listened and alerted me to what to look for that would require an in person visit to a doctor.
