This was the 3rd time in a month I’ve had this happen. You’re really out of calamari? Pizza arrives, it’s a plain pie with vodka sauce. I call the store and they tell me there is nothing they can do because I ordered through the app. I was charged 24.95 for a plain pie. I called and was told the flavor is in the Sauce and it’s their most popular pie. I was polite and said perhaps you should change the menu description because I didn’t get the pie I was expecting. It’s only 2 or 3 dollars it’s not the end of the world but it’s not a first or second time thing, virtually every time I order and if I get a drink it doesn’t come. I consistently spend 30 to 70 dollars on food for my friends or family and this is always an issue.
