I have several of these worked great stopped working in 2023 no longer supported doesn't work why is it still on the Apple Store?

These things worked perfect and I have 2 setup and my home. Then 1 day about a month ago they stopped working and it seems they are no longer supported. Just awful now I have to buy new AC controllers 🤬

I’m trying to sign in with a new phone and it’s not working. I know what my password is because it’s saved in my apple account. There is no way to contact tech support. I now own a small expensive brick. I should of bought something of better reputation.

This product is absolutely phenomenal! It works so well! I was concerned about the low cost (similar devices were WAY more) but I decided to give it a chance! I couldn’t be happier. 

They customer service is top notch, if you have ANY issue they will fix it in no time. Can’t wait to see what else this company develops.

My device wasnt supported so i dropped them an email. Within minutes they had answered and solved every detail. They made my ac work exactly the same way with the Gidbo as with its remote

My split ac was not in their database so emailed support and less than half hour they added my remote to their database and it started working! Great support! Very handy little device!
