It doesn't really let you download gifs or tell you how to do so. It's basically like filpagram.

Really, REALLY lame animations.
Pic quality is poor.

I am NOT exaggerating.

Oh, and the social side is all porn, so don't get it for your child.

The features for getting gifs and images off the web and getting gifs from giphy both directly on the app don't work. Also it doesn't allow you to upload gifs from your camera roll.
