I used to be able to buy gift cards online with no problem every time I try now the order its cancelled as it didn’t pass the risk review ..customer serv, if they reply are rude and unhelpful they tell me there’s nothing they can do and don’t bother trying to order again. .. it’s my card in my name. I don’t know what more they want. I tried ordering off. The app is a hot mess by the way…. I get a message when I try to submit a payment that there was a problem with the cart and it had to be reset… when I look at the order history in the app and the orders are all pending fulfillment.. My card was authorized and because I’ve tried so many times it triggered my cc fraud department….
