Encountered multiple errors, deleted and downloaded the app multiple times. Do not recommend. Not user friendly. ### 3/5 — Virtual Visa only works for Online Purchases but not AT&T *2022-09-19* Got this card as a gift from a sweet but untech savvy relative. Cannot be used to buy gas or for in-store purchases: online use only since its not a plastic card just virtual. Works for Walmart food delivery if you remember to schedule their pickup or delivery in advance or expedited. AT&T won't accept virtual Visa gift card to refill a prepaid account online so card is limited use. Told my relative many thanks but that an online guest-only payment to my Paypal debit card would let me use the gift money anywhere anytime. After I purchased, I thought everything is so easy …….but then the next day I received an email and it said your money Will be returned in 7 days and that they can’t process my order. What a joke. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had buying a gift cards. I was really hoping that they could make it easier but no….. If I could give this a -5 I would. This Company is the worst do not use it if you expect to send a card in a timely manner. I’m just gonna do it the old-school way and buy it at a store and mail it, at least I know my payment will go through and The person I send it to will receive it. Thank you but what a scam. Go to a regular store and buy over the counter. ### 1/5 — Pointless *2021-02-06, version 7.6.2* I had not checked this app in awhile and decided I wanted to check out some deals on cards and was sad to see that they no longer do that. They make you purchase full price now with cash backs (pennies cash back really) that are not worth it. So sad, this use to be a really good app now it’s trash. Deleting app and will never download it again ### 1/5 — Terrible *2021-01-17, version 7.6.2* Awful ### 1/5 — Sold out and went from the best to the WORST. *2020-02-07, version 7.1.0* Up until about a year ago, this app was the absolute best way to buy gift cards. It was an aggregator of all the gift card selling sites so you could search for a store and it would show you the prices from 10+ sites instantly. You could sort the results by discount percentage or dollar amount and it was just perfect. Then they got greedy and changed their whole model and now it makes NO sense to buy from them. Now they sell all gift cards at full price. Presumably they still buy them from the same sites as before for the discounted price and then sell it to you for FULL price. So that’s the first way they rip you off. Next, they offer you a TINY amount of “cash back” on each purchase, like 20-60 CENTS. Doesn’t matter how much it is though because actually receiving that “cash back” comes with all the usual caveats and you’re never actually going to see it. First caveat is that you have to build up X amount before you can cash out. Second caveat is that your cash back balance can expire. And third, the final hustle is that unless you buy hundreds of dollars of gift cards each month, you won’t be building up enough “cash back” credit to actually cash it out from the app. Your balance will be too low and then guess what happens to it? IT EXPIRES and you never see it. It never existed in the first place. This is coming from someone that grew up online, has worked in IT for a decade, and literally doesn’t buy anything without looking for a discount code or discounted gift card first: just delete this app and forget it exists. It’s a big hustle. Instead just take a few minutes to search these 5 sites whenever you need gift cards: Card Cookie, GC Spread, Card Pool, Card Cash, and Raise. Those 5 have the best up front discounts, the snappiest websites so searching is quick and easy, and they all reliably send your gift card code via email in a few hours after you pay. Also don’t forget to check Retailmenot for a coupon code for the website where you’re going to spend your gift card. And that’s it! That’s how you save money online. Literally EVERY OTHER SERVICE AND WEBSITE IS SOME KIND OF HUSTLE. Honey sells your data. Personal shoppers mark up prices behind your back. Auction sites are literally rigged (as in straight up illegal odds-fixing, insider trading type of rigged). All you need to do is buy discounted gift cards from a few trusted sites and use coupon codes when they’re available and you can save 5-20% on every purchase you make. Simple as that 👍🏻 ### 1/5 — The people they work with are scammers *2020-01-28, version 7.1.0* I highly suggest not using this app. They connect you with gift card spread and card pool. Both of them company’s are scams. 100s of people have gave them the gift card info and or gift cards and never receive payment. I used to be able to buy gift cards online with no problem every time I try now the order its cancelled as it didn’t pass the risk review ..customer serv, if they reply are rude and unhelpful they tell me there’s nothing they can do and don’t bother trying to order again. .. it’s my card in my name. I don’t know what more they want. I tried ordering off. The app is a hot mess by the way…. I get a message when I try to submit a payment that there was a problem with the cart and it had to be reset… when I look at the order history in the app and the orders are all pending fulfillment.. My card was authorized and because I’ve tried so many times it triggered my cc fraud department…. When I tried to place an order a message popped up that the action could not be completed. Yet the money was deducted from my bank account, and in orders the gift card just keeps saying pending fulfillment. Even trying to report a problem in app it shows error code. I usually buy gift cards when I am ready ro check out at a store or online. It is vital for the card to be delivered instantly or at least within 15 mins.
