Pretty sure I just gave them my info for no reason. It’s now almost February, and I still haven’t received my money. On top of that, the app took the money off my gift card, so I can no longer use it. I even wrote an email to their support team and still haven’t received any help or updates on my issue. This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. I trusted the app to handle my gift card properly, but instead, I’m left with no funds and no resolution. I offered different bank account and no response. Been 2 weeks at this point. It’s over close to 400 dollars in waiting on as well. So not trust.
