OFFICIAL STATEMENT At the close of the poll, Elisia ranked #1 with an outstanding 1.6 billion votes, an achievement that reflected the dedication and unity of her supporters. Giftifan previously announced that the official results would be released on March 16. However, prior to this scheduled announcement, fans noticed that the rankings inside the app had already changed, showing Elisia’s votes drastically reduced to 319M+ and placing her at Rank #4 after what was described as an audit of votes. It is extremely difficult to understand how the final count was reduced to only 319M+ votes.
