The interface initially appeared nice and streamlined. But once I began to fill in information along the way, things became really frustrating. Parts of the instructions I filled in and my drop down selection kept getting erased when I attempted to modify a prior step. And there were instances when the app kept automatically breaking down Chinese characters I filled in into phonetics. I spent at least double the time I did using the web version trying to place an order due to having to redo certain sections multiple times. Would have given up on the purchase if it weren’t for the amazing service I know Giftpack provides. ### 5/5 — Very nice service *2020-12-01, version 1.4.31* Wonderful is only I can say ❤️ ### 3/5 — App requires some refinement *2020-02-15, version 1.4.24* App is a little buggy and it needs to be refined a little. I've given Giftpack specific directions that I want them to send the gift (cup of latte) to my friend at the exact moment where the Cavaliers lost and with a card that says "Thank you for playing Cavaliers, see ya next year! :)" They met all of my requirements.
