Wish this information had been made available before giving my information ### 1/5 — NOT WORTH IT *2024-01-27* I hate this app. I can’t even cash out, it just says my account is being verified but when I signed up it said my account was verified and I can’t at all get ahold of customer service. One of the worst apps. I also tried to log back in to my account and it said my number was not associated with an account. So dumb. Given to use by Grady's Decision. Used $50 to get to the Pittsburgh Children's Hospital. Went to use the remaining $50. And Sheetz told use their was insufficient funds. Contacted customer service several times. No resolutions. Rep Brooke said she would check into. Never heard anything back.
