خدمات المتجر بطيء في تلبية الطلبيات ، يجب مراعاة حاجة الزبون المستعجلة للسلعة اللتي يتم دفع قيمتها فوراً ، وينتظر ايام حتى يتم التوصيل والاستلام ، 
نأمل إضافة خانة خاصة بحق العميل في إلغاء او ترجيع السلعة في حال تأخر وصولها او لم تكن مطابقة للشروط او  ان يكون قد تم طلبها بالخطأ،
ولكم التوفيق.

It’s been almost two years with this company, and the only good thing they offer is the price anything else is just bad, not recommended to anyone. Ps I only give you two stars because of the price. It should be zero.

It took me 1 month to sign with another ISP. I subscribed for the 40mbps plan and was told that I'd be getting stable ping and turns out Its only 4mbps and had to call them every 2 hours to get 20-30mbps + the packet loss is never to be fixed and is always unstable, even though I had the best QoS and their link is 140m away from me with no LOS.
