But whenever I scan the toy it does the 3D acts for all the 10 achievements but when I click done it doesn’t unlock them achievements on the app. The only thing I can do is feed the thing on the app. I was under the impression on the package that u can do everything in the app that you can do with the toy! I’m really upset because that’s the reason why I purchased this toy😢 ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2020-10-13, version 1.18* As an adult, it doesn’t hurt my feelings much as I don’t care about the AR side of things. But, as a product that I spent money on that was advertised to have specific features, it’s a bummer that those features don’t work. The app allowed me to register my serial code and customize the animal. The AR feature does not work and refuses to scan. When selecting the AR option it stays stuck on loading the camera feed. Nothing ever happens. Will not receive images of the toy. So as far as the app is concerned, it’s junk. Still enjoy the gigapet itself for nostalgia, however. ### 1/5 — App Keeps Crashing! *2020-09-23, version 1.18* Received a physical Giga Pet AR toy with package and all for my birthday today. Every time I try and scan the package and or the toy, the app crashes. Can’t really do much with that until fixed. ### 1/5 — This App lacks depth and isn’t really AR *2020-08-18* I have a GigaPetsAR toy, a dinosaur. The AR function took about 5 minutes to recognise the toy, and then little happened. It doesn’t seem to be AR, when the camera moved around the toy the image didn’t change and the dinosaur just roared and burst out of a cage, in a loop. Maybe I was doing it wrong? Hope others have more luck. You can click on the pet in the app (not the AR part) and feed it. We couldn’t put the code in because it was on a sticker, which comes off, instead of the printed serial number on the Gigapet. It works perfectly, I love the toy itself, and the animations in the app are outstanding ( they’re honestly a little creepy how real it looks).
