Other than that, I loved this app - messaging the host was easy. Updating bookings was easy. I found the perfect house for a surprise party and I couldn’t be happier. If I have a hard time locating something on the dashboard, the AI or the real person has been helpful and helping me locate. The synchronized email messages telling me there is a communication coming in is very helpful. Giggster makes rentals really easy. I like that they have add-ons within the app so renters can chose for more amenities (like light rentals, backdrop rentals, etc) and I don’t have to go through manually add extra charges. Their calendar system works really well, too. Was going to call them but they never answered didn’t get a refund either ### 1/5 — Horrible policies *2022-07-03* I got into a car accident on the way to a space that I had booked maybe two hours before and was told that I could not receive any type of refund for a space I never even made it to because I have to have cancelled 48 hours before… for a place J had just booked two hours prior. They then offered me 5 dollars off my next booking and told me to take it up with the merchant, who had no idea what they were talking about because not only do they take a cut of what you pay them, they make it impossible to give people their money back. Horrible business, very money hungry. I will not be using this service again. **Developer response:** Hi, We’re really sorry that you got into a car accident. Back in July-August 2022 I reviewed your conversation with our CS agent. I apologize for the mistake that was initially done by our employee - he clearly misunderstood and mishandled your inquiry and you should have received not only a 5% discount promo code that he sent you, but a full refund as well. Upon review, you were issued a full refund back then. We humbly hope that despite this error you will still consider us in the future. Would be a huge asset as a client to save a shortlist and look through my preferred options ### 3/5 — Difficult to see potential reservation details *2024-10-21* The app is pretty good but the one flaw (which to me is a rather big one) is that when someone messages you about a potential booking, you can’t see any of the relevant information about that booking that I could find. You can send a custom rate, but it doesn’t show you even what the rate would be based on the information they submitted. That really needs some work because I ended up reducing my minimum time thinking I’d get one rate, but I am not earning what I feel I need to to make it worth my time now. If I could have seen the details or even the rate that should have been charged, I wouldn’t have made the exception. Very disappointing. ### 3/5 — No Favorites list? *2022-08-25, version 1.1.8* This app is great, would be better than Peerspace if you’d implement a favorites list. That is essential. There are way too many listings to have to swipe through each time you want to go to something that you previously looked up. Not everyone is going to book the first time they open the app… it would be much more ideal to be able to swipe through the app and “favorite” different listings so one could go back and have all of their scouted locations in one common place.
