The employee today 2/10 was pleasant enough until another employee— could pass as her sister- arrived and the two became distracted talking to one another. I couldn’t even get my reward number entered into the computer before they began doing something that closed it out. She then instructed me to just do it on the app. Yes, thanks for that. I also can’t update the app in the App store to see my Gigi’s Cupcake rewards. I keep seeing the message about technical issues and try again. I sure hope they fix this soon as I would like my free cupcake for downloading the app like promised and, according to the store, you can not earn more loyalty points unless they can scan a code on the app. I also hope my loyalty points from their previous system roll over.
