However, there's a significant issue that needs to be addressed. As a premium member, I've faced problems with the service and despite writing several emails, I have received no response. The customer service is unfortunately pathetic. They are quick to respond when it's time to charge you, but when there's an issue, they are least bothered. To the owner or admin of the Gigl app, it's time to wake up and improve your customer service. Give some value to your clients. I will be emailing you twice a month until my issue is resolved. I am just a user not know how to take screen recording . I have provided you the screenshots to prove that I am logging in with right user email ID and in second screenshot showing you that your portal is asking me to join premium membership , which I have already done. If you are sincere to resolve the issue you can connect me over phone. Lastly , my disappointment is that being Indian Startup you people not taking effort to resolve the customer issue , but from back office team sending unnecessary justification and TOTAKAs ( Hit and Trial) . GIGL IS NOT HAVE BRIGHT FUTURE … Fooling members by taking 1400 Rs and not giving any Service . In the read page section, i did not know if I can swipe right and read the next part. I realise the bottom progess bar but i thought it was a miniplayer of podcast. Can we page indicator dots at bottom instead so that if we need to swipe to see more and maybe flash arrow indicators whenever user swipes or comes to read page? 2. The play pause button doesn’t update the state properly either from earphones, control center. I beleive it is possible to update the player play pause state ui whenever it pauses or play not just only when it explicitly done by user. 3.
