Do not trust this company. I was hesitant to order from this company since it is overseas I wish I would’ve listened to my gut because they delivered my package not to my PO Box which I had listed to be delivered to, but to a completely other address and then they refused to compensate me. What is worse is that when I did have a complaint the guy tried to get me to write a handwritten signed letter and a copy of my drivers license with all of my personal information! I’ve never had to do either of those things for an online order so that as well just did not sit well with me. I wouldn’t suggest buying from these people. The end result is that they told me it’s going to take at least 15 days and by that point, it will be past the time for me to be able to get a refund. Just shop elsewhere and save yourself the hassle and headache.

Ho fatto un ordine sul sito per dei regali di San Valentino dove gli articoli all’acquisto erano disponibili faccio il pagamento e dopo 2 giorni mi arriva un email mi dicono che l’articolo non è più disponibile mi hanno creato un disagio enorme non ho trovato una borsa di pari valore che piacesse per mia moglie per annullare ordine che comunque erano circa 4 articoli la restituzione dell’importo speso mi arriverebbe dopo 3 /4 giorni lavorativi mi dispiace soprattutto per il brand a ps mi davano un 10% disconto nel prossimo ordine mi rimane il disagio per il regalo di San Valentino neanche su temu ho mai avuto questi problemi

It says to download the app and there is not one, it opens a GIGLIO.com, you should do something better like Farfetch, Lyst or Cettire.

Intente comprar un bolso y el banco me dice que la tarjeta de crédito paso sin problema, pero en la app me indica operación fallida, espero que después de 48 horas no me lo carguen a mi tarjeta ya que por mi banco todo ok pero por Giglio todo mal.

Podría tener el idioma español. Esta todo en inglés y hay personas que no hablamos inglés. Por lo tanto no me vale para nada.

Compro spesso su Giglio.com perché è semplice, veloce, affidabile e non devi andare necessariamente in negozio a scegliere e poi puoi fare il reso quando vuoi se un articolo non ti piace come in foto
