## What is GigNet MX?

Manage your GigNet residential internet service from your iPhone.

With GigNet MX you can:
• Securely link one or more GigNet customer portal accounts.
• View the status of your services and key plan information.
• Review balances, invoices, and due dates.
• Pay invoices through the secure payment flow available for your account.
• Receive service updates and payment reminders.
• Browse frequently asked questions and contact the support team.
• Manage language, notification, and Face ID preferences.

GigNet MX is designed for customers of GigNet internet services. Payments made through the app are for real-world telecommunications services; the app does not sell digital content.

Some features may depend on the customer’s contract, service, and location.
