GigPlan keeps your entire tour organized in one place. Built for bands, booking agents, and management who are tired of digging through emails and spreadsheets to find gig details.

Plan and manage gigs - Create and overview all your concerts, rehearsals, travel days, and days off in a clear calendar view. See what's coming up at a glance.

Stay on top of logistics - Access venue details, stage specs, catering info, parking, and backstage facilities. All attached to the gig where you need it.

Coordinate travel and accommodation - Share flight details, driving routes, and hotel information with your team. Everyone sees what they need to know.

Schedules and setlists - Build day-of-show schedules with soundcheck, doors, and showtime. Organize your setlist and share it with the band.

Tasks and guest lists - Assign tasks to team members and manage your guest list for each gig.
