Logging out and in doesn’t resolve. Very random. ### 2/5 — Tough to figure out *2023-12-14, version 5.9.0* If you have about an hour or so maybe you’ll get or find your tickets maybe not. My season tickets are not listed or shown under my tickets. ### 2/5 — Icon for app?. *2021-10-17* The Gillette Gillette stadium icon does not appear on my iPhone after I downloaded it. I can search for it and it shows under Siri suggestions. The app downloaded successfully on my iPad, which I find weird. It need to agree to terms and conditions again and again but can’t do one of basic functions of the app. I wish they would bring back real tickets ### 1/5 — Sad *2024-08-21* All the maps available within the app are unreadable.. trying to zoom in to read the Parking LOT # is not possible. I am very disappointed and not user friendly. Plan ahead if you are distributing tickets or selling.
