I purchase items most of the base on the chart size and if the item is a final sale I can’t return or exchange. But gilt issues one tracking number for the total Al items ordered. On more than one occasion have I ordered 2 or more items with 1 not delivered. But because of that one tracking number it says all items have been delivered even though in your account it shows partially shipped. I have been stuck more than once paying for items that I haven’t received. There is no way to speak with a representative and your AI chat is not helpful because even if you explain to it your order was partially shipped and you have not received a completed order. The computer does not view it that way. Maybe invest in actual people to help the actual people ordering from your company. I have often purchased in multiple to avoid paying multiple shipping fees.As much as I have enjoyed purchasing from you in the near future I may have to reevaluate if I want to purchase from your company.
