Great variety of music, insightful interviews and commentary, and the music video channel is cool to. Problem is I’m paying for a monthly subscription to get extra features and they don’t work most of the time. When I want to listen to show from the vault I get a playback failure or the app crashes. I’m not sure I’m getting extra stations as a paying brigade member either. It seems to me the extra features for paying brigade members seems worth it considering they aren’t working or non existent. Great job all around. I do find there is some instability in how the app maintains connection to the network, which causes long periods of silence or start/stop play. That became my go-to for winding down into the weekend. Now I listen to gimmecountry all the time. Watch out for Chuck, he’s a gateway DJ! ### 5/5 — Greatest streaming country music app on the planet! *2020-11-24, version 5.5.4* I’ve had the Gimme Country app since the early days of it’s existence and it has only gotten progressively better over time. Recent app updates and additions to the service such as the Brigade membership and Vault recordings are well worth looking into. But even if you’d rather just use the free portions of the app its still a great service. And yes, I said free. Gimme Country is free and it is amazing! The music is great, the chatroom is full of awesome friendly folks and I just can’t say enough good things.
