We are pleased to announce the release of Gimme VMS version 1.5.1 released on July 5, 2024. 

It replaces Gimme VMS for iOS version 1.3.31, released on March 10, 2023.

This hotfix build addresses several important issues to enhance your user experience. Below is a summary of the fixes included in this build:

1. **Search Bar Filter Issue:**
   - Fixed an issue where the filter selection would get cleared when a date was chosen on the calendar and the user navigated back to the Operations page.

2. **Edit Schedule - Skip Pick Order Highlighting:**
   - Resolved the problem where the "skip pick order" feature was not highlighted when applied to a single cell in a collect visit. The feature now correctly highlights with a single cell selection.

3. **Unassigned Money Bags Visibility:**
   - Fixed the issue where unassigned bags without a monetary count value were visible, while those with a count value were not. All unassigned bags now display correctly after refreshing VMS.

4. **Account Deep Link Loading:**
   - Corrected the endless loading issue when clicking on account deep links. Now, switching between accounts via deep links loads the correct account.

5. **SKU Archive and Unarchive Functionality:**
   - Addressed the problem where products archived and then unarchived were not discoverable for addition to a market POS from manage inventory. This issue has been resolved, allowing proper addition.

6. **Accounts PDF Statement Accuracy:**
   - Fixed the calculation error in the PDF statement's amount due, ensuring it accurately reflects the actual unpaid invoices.

7. **Manage Inventory Changes:**
   - Resolved an issue where changing a product using the manage inventory page would incorrectly remove other items.

8. **Vending Machine Product Position Parsing:**
   - Fixed the parsing issue for product positions in vending machines, ensuring positions with whitespaces (e.g., A1, A2) are correctly interpreted.

9. **Pick Order Sorting:**
   - Addressed the issue where the pick order failed to sort items by position code upon initial access.

10. **Export to XLS - Archived Product SKUs:**
    - Fixed the issue where archived product SKUs were not exporting correctly on the product report list spreadsheet.

Commission Recalculations and Product History Logs!  We are pleased to announce the release of Gimme VMS Windows version 1.3.31, which includes numerous bug fixes, new features, and improvements to enhance your experience with the software.

 Release Details

VMS for Windows (PC) 1.3.31 was released on March 7, 2023.  It replaces VMS for Windows (PC) version 1.3.29, released on November 30, 2022.  (Note that 1.3.30 was skipped).

 Improvements

We improved the performance and stability of the software overall.
We streamlined the user interface to make it more intuitive and user-friendly.
We added an on-demand commissions recalculate feature (GH 809)!
We included versioning reporting and .config control (GH 1121). This will let us know what devices are running what versions, so we can better assist you in making sure all your devices are running the latest version.
We added a filter to hide archived POS in the Global POG report (GH 1105).
We made deep link fixes to the Product History Log (GH 1094) and updated the search bar and UI (GH 1098, GH 1095).
We included pick order logic to consider Add values in started but incomplete visits (GH 1127).
We made UI enhancements to the Placements and Inventories page (GH 630).
We added filters to the Maintenance page (GH 1021).
 
Bug Fixes

We fixed an issue where users could not delete/change product prices on delivery POS (GH 1010).
We resolved a gRPC error code that occurred when setting days of stock for Auto Par on some products new to the warehouse.
We fixed a gray screen issue that appeared when scrolling through POS placements on the product placement page.
We corrected a misleading label in the Product History Log, which showed "Spoils" as "Inventory" (GH 1126).
We resolved an issue where the maintenance search bar and filters were not working in VMS (GH 1129).
We fixed a floating point error on the Products page (GH 1103).
We corrected an issue where commissions/subsidies rate data displayed under the wrong view (GH 1100).
We resolved a bug where the Pick Order Item log was not saved when a Pick Order was created from VMS (GH 1123, GH 1120).
We changed the Asset Title to Product Title in the Warehouse > Inventory & Transfers (GH 1078).
We updated Operations widgets to update using search filters (GH 795).
We restored the Back to Top button functionality on the Accounts page (GH 1075).
We resolved an issue with Commissions not loading when looking up a product (GH 1110).
We corrected Cashless data shown in widgets for when filtered for deliveries (GH 1106).

We added a new Global Report for Property (for property tax) (GH 716).
We included Warehouse sequencing/mapping in VMS and GMP (GH 858).
We implemented a Lightspeed workaround for Mobile Picks, automatically tracking inventory as delivered and removed from WHI based on Field reported Add values (GH 1006).
We added a new VMS Data Field for Canteen One Number (GH 1088).
 
Known Issue

There is a known issue (GH 1004) where creating a new transfer state from Draft to Ready to Transfer to Completed. The work-around: only save the initial draft once.
