I usually bet $10,000 on a round and after the round was complete I realized they changed the bet amount at the table to 250,000 and I ended up losing. I reached out to support and I have not received a response. I would like to be reimbursed my money. It’s also frustrating that the “chat with us” feature seems to not be working because I reached out on June 18 and the chat appears to be stuck. You’re taking the points for the play but not giving them for the win. To my knowledge, I’m currently miss 64500 points but it could be more because I wasn’t paying that much attention. Unfortunately, the game has a long winded “end of game” close down when you win coins from your opponent, this allows the opponent ample time to leave the table meaning you don’t actually win anything at all . But I felt like I was playing against a computer that was cheating. I played this character that said “Monroe” and things that were happening in the game really shouldn’t have been possible unless the other person knew my hand. This person knocked out me so many times which is absolutely lame given the amount of times they knocked on me they had the card I needed. Which the amount of times that happened shouldn’t be possible unless I’m fighting a computer that is controlling the cards. I kept getting stuck in this cycle of trying to find my card and could never find it cause my opponent always had it. Which there’s no way that’s actually possible with the amount of times it happened, and this isn’t the first occurrence of this game. To anyone considering playing this, it can be fun to play but don’t spend money on this game. It’ll rob you in the following games. Didn’t wanna leave a review like this but genuinely if I wasn’t playing a computer on some sort of cheat mode. Than the game was rigged against me. ### 1/5 — Beware!!!! *2026-07-28, version 4.02.0* This game recently had an update where when you click into the arena which is 10,000 to 80,000 per game , When an opponent leaves, the Rematch button changes to New Game and forces you into 800k+ point rooms without a barely readable warning. The text does not scale properly for visually impaired players. ### 1/5 — Not worth the frustration *2026-07-18, version 4.02.0* A couple months ago this game started glitching on my iPad. In most of the hands there would be a card that was frozen. I couldn’t move it or discard it. After the game was updated a couple times the problem seemed to go away but now it’s back and has gotten even worse. Not only do I have a frozen card in most hands but now when it’s my turn to pass or pick up after the deal, I can’t pick up the card. It’s frozen also so I’m forced to pass even if I need the card. It’s a fun game, but not worth the frustration of playing at a huge disadvantage because of these glitches.
