It challenges you to think of strategy and rely on luck. Just like any card game should.. So few GR apps offer that even though it would seem if a computer is creating your melds for you, there’s no challenge whatsoever. I am also pleased with the “clean” appearance of the screen. I USED TO. Fun simple games, no frills and not a bunch of ads… till now. Across the bottom of each game are ANNOYING FLASHY ads. They always have had ads but now they flash while you are trying to play. And you can’t buy the game so you have to put up with the CONSTANT flashing or play another app. I’ll be switching to another app ### 1/5 — Stopped working *2021-11-03, version 1.0* Worked well for a while but hit a glitch and now keeps shutting down. ### 2/5 — Good game, needs improvement *2026-04-25, version 1.21* The beginner game favors the player. The next level, favors the bot. In every game, more than just once, the bot makes Gin by taking just one card. It is always ahead in number of games won. I haven't tried the other levels. It seems you need a better random shuffle, or in case of Yatzee, a better RNG. ### 3/5 — Not really random deck *2025-12-04, version 1.15* The game claims the cards in the deck are random, but the vast majority of the time the deck is stacked with the high cards being drawn first, so you can’t start lowering your deadwood till later in the game. ### 3/5 — Good until Ad Banners Flash *2025-01-19* This has been a good game until recently: while they have always had a static banner ad for their other games, fair enough, a couple of weeks into playing, they start w/ flashing google banner ads, so Not relaxing or chill or fun. And w/o the option to buy a 'No Ads', that is the end of the game for me personally. Also, it is quite lazy of BH to instead of updating/tweaking the algorithm for better game play, e.g. the 'Talented Tia' level which definitely has buggy issues that keep you from winning (enough said), instead posts at the beginning: "This game doesn't cheat/is random". Which is not the issue. Yes, the algo doesn't "cheat" but it is off/coded incorrectly and BH should figure that out instead of stating something so ridiculous. This is a fun game and it’s great for wasting time, but it’s kind of frustrating that I don’t get credited for winning when I know I won! I checked the game instructions a few times and I don’t think I’m missing anything. Also, I thought runs had to be in the same suit-Georgia goes out and her runs are in various suits. Also, for the long time players, have you seen hands that are extremely similar to others you’ve seen when playing for a while in a sitting? I have and it’s very suspicious. Have a few requests for the developer! Please allow us to sort our cards before gameplay begins. When the computer goes first I don’t always see what the card was, much less if I needed it. I’ve also seen at the end of a round where my deadwood can be played on the other player’s board. But it is not played, staying in my hand as deadwood, costing me points. Would also like to shorten the shuffle/deal sequence at the start of each round. It could go faster without losing the sense of what is happening. Thank you! However after playing over 400 games I noticed my odds of winning grew less and less. I’m now down to winning less than 19%. So a game that had been fun is now not so fun anymore.
